Mr. Clarence Robert Daugherty, 83, of Hebron Estates, returned to his Heavenly Father Wednesday, September 13, 2017. Mr. Daugherty was a member of Highland Park Lodge No. 865, Robinson Lodge No. 266, and Zoneton Lodge No. 964 F&AM. He was a past Master of Excelsior Lodge F&AM. Mr. Daugherty was employed as an electrician technician at Lorillard Tobacco Company for 34 years. He was a member of Little Flock Baptist Church. Among those who preceded him in death include his parents, John and Maude George Daugherty and 8 siblings. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beautiful wife of 62 years, Mary K. Daugherty; children, Rob Daugherty (Cindy) and Karen Richard (Herbert); grandchildren, Kris Daugherty, Kasey Daugherty, Jared Gathof and Jacob Gathof; sister, Libby Hargadon of Waddy, KY and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 10 am Saturday, September 16, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Friends may pay their respects on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 2pm until 8pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home with a Masonic Service held at 7:00 pm.
