Patriotic Emblem

Ms. Amber Lynn Grote, 27, of Clarksville Indiana, returned to her Heavenly Father Monday, May 15, 2017. Ms. Grote was born on October 21, 1989 in Louisville, KY. She loved to compete in Special Olympics, hanging out with her friends, shopping, and outings with her staff. Ms. Grote also enjoyed Facebook, and absolutely loved youtube. She loved to crochet, prep, her Rainbow Loom bracelets, and her camouflage; most of all she loved her family. Everyday her dad said "I love you" because Amber always said it first.

Among those who preceded her in death include her grandparents, Shirley Grote, Albert Grote, and Lula Dyson. She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, Jeff and Denise Grote; a sister, Shelby Grote; her aunts and uncles, Karen Springer (Tim), Cynthia Chapman, and Albert Grote (Sheila); several cousins, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services will conducted at 2:00 pm on Sunday May 21, 2017, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home. (4895 N. Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd. Shepherdsville, Ky. 40165) with cremation to follow. Friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Sunday from 11:00 am until the time of service.
